Somehow my mom and dad dodged the camera during the hectic days of my departure. I love and miss them very much!

Sharks!!!
While serving as a volunteer missionary in Cape Town, with ACTS http://www.actsoverland.com/ a group went Shark cage diving in Gansbaai, near Cape Town, South Africa! This was such an amazing experience to be in the water with huge Great White Sharks!
I shot these clips with my point and shoot while diving! The part where the camera is upside down and very thing is all crazy and you can see a sharks tail powering away from the cage and hear Kyndall and I screaming, the shark had just hit the cage with his tail! Pretty cool!! Enjoy!
The company that we were diving with is http://www.sharklady.co.za/ I would highly recommend Shark Lady, top notch people!

Mission Trip to Cape Town, South Africa!!
God truly blessed us with an amazing trip to Africa! It was so interesting to see how God worked out every detail to get us to Cape Town and then work through the ministry that we were there to do while there! We worked with ACTS (http://www.actsafrica.com/) and Living Hope Ministries (http://www.livinghope.co.za/). Thank you so much for your prayers! Pray for the children and families that we were blessed to work with while in South Africa and please continue to pray for Zimbabwe and God's plan for that beautiful country!
Melissa and Kyndall all excited in the DC airport, pointing at the South African flag!

Refugee Camp in Soetwater
Pray that God would continue to bring light into both sides of this camp.
Pray for these two people groups. The Somalians are a Muslim African cultural. The people that are from the DRC are more of a Christian cultural but many of them really do not have any idea who Christ is and how He can impact their daily life! Pray that God would continue to send Christian vol to work with these wonderful people!
